本文对优秀和一般男子速滑运动员直道滑行的蹬冰角度、蹬冰角速度、蹬冰时间及蹬冰腿膝关节蹬冰用力的有效范围等关键性技术进行了详尽的研究,并做出结论。优秀运动员的蹬冰时机恰到好处。因而蹬冰腿能做快速爆发式伸展和造成有效的侧蹬冰,其特点是,滑行时间长,蹬冰时间短,蹬冰速度快,方向侧,蹬冰角度大(见图2蹬冰角度的测法)。又提出了蹬冰腿膝关节角度蹬伸的有效范围在119°—149°之间,因此必须在此范围内达到蹬冰最大用力高峰。
