目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定护肝宁胶囊中大黄素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:C18-ODS反相柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(80∶20)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为254nm。结果:大黄素进样量在0.084～1.680μg范围内线性关系良好(回归方程Y=28370814.58X-319514.0751,相关系数r=0.99996)。结论:所建方法可行,专属性、重复性好,可用于护肝宁胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of emodin in Huganing Capsules by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: The mobile phase was C18-ODS reverse phase column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (80:20). The flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results: The emodin injection showed good linearity in the range of 0.084-1.680 μg (regression equation Y = 28370814.58X-319514.0751, correlation coefficient r = 0.99996). Conclusion: The method is feasible, specific, reproducible and can be used for quality control of Huganing capsule.
