针对天铁热轧2×180t转炉干法除尘系统的除氧器加热、煤气冷却器供水、输灰机运行和静电除尘器轴瓦等所存在的问题进行技术改造。改造后,使蒸汽使用量、耗电量、耗水量明显减少,备品备件的消耗费用也相应降低,并确保了干法除尘系统的运行更加安全稳定。
Aiming at the technical problems of the existing problems such as the deaerator heating, the gas cooler water supply, the ash transporter operation and the electrostatic precipitator bearings of the 2 × 180t BOF dry-process dust removal system in Tiantie. After the transformation, steam consumption, power consumption, water consumption decreased significantly, spare parts consumption costs also reduced accordingly, and to ensure the dry dust removal system is more safe and stable operation.
