在Ur关于课堂互动模式研究及Brown的课堂互动分析观察体系(BIAS)的基础上,[1][6]本研究设计了两个课堂观察体系表,通过课堂录像形式,对笔者所在高校的10名有一定教学经验的大学英语教师的课堂教学进行了观察。研究结果发现存在四种师生互动模式,这四种模式反映出目前大学英语教师课堂行为特点,以及这些课堂行为与教育理论和理念发展的差距。本研究旨在帮助教师通过对照这四种模式,对自己的课堂行为进行反思,以便更好地促进教师的自身发展。
Based on Ur’s research on classroom interaction mode and Brown’s BIAS, [1] [6] this study designed two classroom observation system tables, and through the video recording in class, The teaching of university English teachers who have some teaching experience was observed. The results show that there are four interactive modes of teachers and students. These four modes reflect the current college English teachers’ behavior characteristics and the gap between the behavior and education theories and concepts in these classrooms. The purpose of this study is to help teachers reflect on their own classroom behaviors by comparing these four models in order to better promote teachers’ self-development.
