目的:对治疗心脑血管疾病成药圣脑康丸的抗炎镇痛作用进行研究,探讨中药在治疗心脑血管疾病中的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:以阿司匹林为阳性药,采用角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀和二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀的模型,研究圣脑康丸的抗炎作用;用热板法、醋酸扭体和光电甩尾实验研究该制剂的镇痛作用。结果:1.0~4.0g/Kg的剂量给药圣脑康丸对角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀有抑制作用;以3.0~6.0g/Kg的剂量给药圣脑康丸能显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀;以3.0~6.0g/Kg的剂量给药圣脑康丸能提高热板法引起小鼠的痛阀值,延长小鼠光电甩尾的潜伏期以及减少醋酸致小鼠的扭体次数。结论:作为治疗心脑血管疾病的复方制剂圣脑康丸在该实验中显示出良好的抗炎镇痛作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Shengnaokang Pill, a medicine for treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and to explore the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods: The anti-inflammatory effect of Shengnao Kang Pill was studied by using aspirin as positive drug, carrageenin-induced rat paw swelling and xylene-induced ear swelling in mice. Drift experiment to study the analgesic effect of this preparation. Results: Shengnaikang Pill with 1.0 ~ 4.0g / Kg could inhibit rat paw edema induced by carrageenan in rats. Administration of Shengnaokang Pill with 3.0 ~ 6.0g / Toluene induced mouse ear swelling; to dose of 3.0 ~ 6.0g / Kg Shengnaokang Pill can improve the hot plate method to cause pain threshold in mice to extend the incubation period of mouse optical tail and reduce the acetic acid induced mouse Twisting the number of times. Conclusion: Shengnaikang pill, a compound preparation for treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, shows good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects in this experiment.
