中西方文化交流日渐密切,极大地促进了中国传统文化的振兴与传播。作为一个重要的文化符号,茶深受大众的喜爱与关注。但考虑文化之间的差异,在英译过程中,为了更好地传递中国茶文化的魅力,又考虑目的语读者的文化背景和接受方式,译者在翻译过程中所选的翻译技巧十分重要。本文选取某些典型的茶名或诗词事例,简单分析直译加注释、音译加注释、意译等翻译技巧的应用,更好地向外传播中国的茶文化。
The increasingly close exchange of Chinese and Western cultures has greatly promoted the revitalization and spread of Chinese traditional culture. As an important cultural symbol, tea is deeply loved by the public. However, considering the differences between cultures, in order to better convey the charisma of Chinese tea culture and to consider the cultural background and acceptability of target readers, it is very important for the translator to choose the translation skills in the process of translating . This paper selects some typical examples of tea names or poems, simply analyzes the application of translation techniques such as literal translation and annotation, transliteration and annotations, and free translation, so as to better disseminate the tea culture in China.
