《重庆市主城区突发公共事件防灾应急避难场所规划》自2007年3月开始编制,于2007年12月顺利完成。该规划是一个没有既定编制标准的创新性规划。本文以规划编制的思考过程为主线,从标准体系建立、避难场所选取、救援通道划定、配套设施布局四方面详细介绍了规划编制情况,并就规划完成后的下阶段工作重点进行了阐述。
The Planning of Emergency Rescue and Evacuation Sites for Public Emergency Disasters in Main City of Chongqing Municipality has been in preparation since March 2007 and completed successfully in December 2007. The plan is an innovative plan without established standards. This article takes the thinking process of planning as the main line, and details the planning from four aspects: the establishment of standard system, the selection of refuge places, the delineation of rescue routes and the layout of supporting facilities. The focus of the work after the completion of planning is described.
