以多功能微生物制剂的不同施用方法、不同施入水平对农田栽参土壤养分状况的影响作用进行了试验研究。结果表明:多功能微生物制剂对土壤养分状况改良效果明显,同时可以分解转化农田栽参土壤的有机质、全量NPK的含量,多功能微生物制剂作基肥施入和激活后作基肥施入土壤中有机质、全N、全P的含量均随施入量增加而降低,其中微生物制剂激活后以150g/m2作基肥施入后有机质、全N和全P含量最低,分别为17.68g/kg、1.63g/kg、0.39g/kg,对全K影响不显著;微生物制剂对人参土壤速效NPK含量都有提高,其中微生物制剂直接作基肥以150g/m2施入时,对土壤中速效NPK含量作用显著,含量分别为18.77mg/kg、98.02mg/kg和1420.29mg/kg,而且与对照及其他处理的不同水平达显著或极显著差异。多功能微生物制剂能够改善农田栽参土壤养分状况,合理的施用量和施用方式可以有效地提高土壤养分供应能力。
The effects of different application methods of multi-functional microbial agents and different application levels on the nutrient status of soil fertilizers were studied. The results showed that the multi-functional microorganism preparation could improve the soil nutrient status significantly and decompose the content of organic matter and total NPK in the soil of the fertilizers, fertilize and activate the multi-functional microbial agents as the basal fertilizer to soil organic matter, The content of total N and total P decreased with the increase of application rate. The organic matter content of 150g / m2 as basic fertilizer after activated microbial agents was the lowest, which was 17.68g / kg and 1.63g / kg and 0.39g / kg, respectively, and had no significant effect on total K. The available NPK content of the ginseng soil was increased with microbial agents. Multi-functional microbial agents can improve the soil nutrient status of planting ginseng, and the reasonable application rate and application mode can effectively improve the nutrient supply capacity of soil.
