2002年型号科研生产回顾 纵观全年型号科研生产任务完成情况,具有“一多两高”的特点,即技术关键突破多,飞行成功率高,计划完成率高。突破了新型液氧煤油发动机启动关机等众多关键技术,海洋一号填补了我国海洋观测卫星的空白,风云一号C星、资源一号01星、资源二号01星在轨运行超期服役;全年飞行试验捷报频传,飞行成功率高;集团公司下达的考核计划,完成率为96％,明显高于往年。
