目的研究赤芍浸膏微波真空干燥特性,建立其微波真空干燥过程的数学模型。方法分析了不同微波功率、载样量对失水速率及物料温度的影响规律。在此基础上,将试验数据与常用的薄层干燥模型进行拟合检验,建立赤芍浸膏微波真空干燥的水分比与干燥时间关系的动力学模型。结果赤芍浸膏微波真空干燥过程可分为加速、恒速及降速3个干燥阶段;赤芍浸膏微波真空干燥的动力学过程可以用薄层干燥的数学模型Page方程描述。结论该模型预测值与实测值吻合良好,可以准确预测赤芍浸膏微波真空干燥过程中的含水率和失水速率。
Objective To study the microwave vacuum drying characteristics of Radix Paeoniae Rubra extract and establish the mathematical model of the microwave vacuum drying process. Methods The influence of different microwave power and sample loading on water loss rate and material temperature was analyzed. On this basis, the test data and the commonly used thin-layer drying model fitting test, the establishment of the red peony extract microwave vacuum drying moisture ratio and drying time relationship between the kinetic model. Results The process of microwave vacuum drying of Radix Paeoniae Rubra was divided into three stages: acceleration, constant speed and speed reduction. The kinetics of microwave vacuum drying of Radix Paeoniae Rubra was also described by Page equation of the mathematical model of thin layer drying. Conclusion The predictive value of this model is in good agreement with the measured value, which can accurately predict the moisture content and water loss rate of Chishao crude extract under microwave vacuum drying.
