华人首富李嘉诚进军武汉16 亿拍下江汉两地块4月30日,在无对手竞争的情况下,香港首富李嘉诚旗下公司以16.23亿元,拍得汉口江汉路段两块土地的使用权。这家公司隶属于李嘉诚的和记黄埔地产集团。有关方面昨晚证实,这是李嘉诚名下企业首次到武汉投资。上述两块土地分别位于江汉路南端和北端,规划面积240余亩,商业金融业用地为主,居住为辅。
Li Ruicheng, the richest man in China, marched into Wuhan for 1.6 billion to capture the Jianghan plots. On April 30, with no rival competition, the company of Hong Kong’s richest man, Li Ka-shing, won the right to use two plots of land in the Hankow Jianghan section for a total of 1.623 billion yuan. The company is part of Li Ka Shing’s Hutchison Whampoa Realty Group. The parties concerned confirmed last night that this is the first time that a company under the name of Li Ka-shing has invested in Wuhan. The two plots are located in the southern and northern end of Jianghan Road, planning area of more than 240 acres, mainly commercial and financial land, living supplemented.
