本文以主轴系统轴端刚度损失最少为原则,提出主轴的抗弯刚度EI应与前支承刚度相匹配,以便充分发挥主轴与轴承的性能。文中推导了刚度匹配的表达式,并为读者提供了不同类型滚动轴承的匹配图表。根据结构上的需要确定了Ka、λ值后,便可迅速地算出主轴的前轴颈直径或与其相匹配的轴承类型。为达到主轴系统刚度的合理匹配,文中提出了一些措施,并通过对不同参数的主轴系统的试验,得到了证实。统采用圆锥轴承的必要性是值得商榷的。
In this paper, the principle of least loss of shaft end rigidity is proposed. It is suggested that the flexural rigidity EI of the main shaft should be matched with the former support rigidity in order to give full play to the performance of the main shaft and bearing. In this paper, the expression of stiffness matching is derived, and the reader is provided with matching charts of different types of rolling bearings. According to the structural requirements to determine the Ka, λ value, you can quickly calculate the diameter of the spindle before the journal or to match the type of bearing. In order to achieve a reasonable matching of the stiffness of the spindle system, some measures are proposed in the paper and verified by experiments on the spindle system with different parameters. The need for the use of tapered bearings is debatable.
