成立于1988年5月的武汉市企业产权转让市场,是我国第一家企业产权转让市场。其常设市场组织机构——武汉市企业兼并市场事务所,由市工商银行、财政、税务和审计等单位组成,采取办交易会、发布信息和定期挂牌等方式进行交易活动。其业务范围是:为企业兼并双方提供交易场所,发布市场信息,组织情况调查,建立企业经济档案,进行资信评估,提供可行性报告等。截至1988年8月,通过企业产权转让市场已完成兼并的有8对17户企业,加上已验资等待交接、已草签协议和正在洽谈、登记挂牌的总共有
Established in May 1988, Wuhan City’s property rights transfer market is China’s first enterprise property rights transfer market. Its permanent market organization, the Wuhan City Enterprise M&A Market Office, is composed of ICBC, finance, taxation and auditing units. It conducts trading activities by means of holding trade fairs, issuing information, and regularly listing. Its business scope is to provide trading venues for enterprises and mergers and acquisitions, publish market information, organize investigations, establish corporate economic archives, conduct credit assessments, and provide feasibility reports. As of August 1988, there were 8 pairs of 17 companies that had completed mergers through the transfer of enterprise property rights, plus a total of capital verification waiting for transfer, initial agreement and negotiation, registration and listing.
