蠡县留史镇大王村曾是保定市有名的后进村,2003年的一段时间,该村曾一度处于无政府状态,上访告状不断,全村贴满了小字报,村集体经济赤字越来越大,群众怨声载道。2004年,该村作为后进村被纳入县委重点整顿目标。一年多来,大王村发生了不小的变化,进入到全县基层组织建设先进行列,党支部被县委评为“先进基层党组织”。回顾大王村由乱到治的过程,有这样几点启示。启示一:以班子建设为重点.
