作者设计了一种新型的双叶状有感觉的桡侧前臂皮瓣,用来重建因舌癌广泛切除后所造成的舌、口底粘膜及牙龈粘膜的缺损。瓣的一叶用来恢复舌的外形和体积,另一叶用来覆盖缺损的口底和牙龈粘膜。
The authors designed a novel double-bony sensory radial forearm flap that was used to reconstruct the defect of the tongue, floor mucosa and gingival mucosa caused by extensive excision of the tongue. One leaf of the flap is used to restore the shape and volume of the tongue. The other leaf is used to cover the missing mouth and gingival mucosa.
