当前,摆在新华书店面临最大的危机是生存危机,因为过惯了计划经济体制下衣食无忧日子的书店员工不得不面临第二次创业。引进连锁经营是新华书店二次创业最现实的选择,通过连锁经营整合出版物市场,把有限的优质资源集中起来,构建一体化的销售网络,扩大市场占有率,降低运营成本。提高经营利润,增强这个文化企业在全球市场的竞争力。笔者在此阐述了连锁经营是国有书店改革的必由之路,并提出了连锁经营应当采取的对策。
At present, the biggest crisis facing Xinhua Bookstore is the survival crisis because the bookstore employees who used to living a poor life under the planned economy have to face a second start-up. The introduction of chain management is the most realistic choice for the second pioneering of Xinhua Bookstore. It integrates the limited high-quality resources through chain management to integrate the publishing market, builds an integrated sales network, increases market share and reduces operating costs. Improve operating profit and enhance the competitiveness of this cultural enterprise in the global market. Here I elaborate on the chain management is the only way for the reform of state-owned bookstores, and put forward the chain management should take countermeasures.
