图1所示短直柄麻花钻是我厂生产的出口产品,其特点是总长和刃部较短,生产批量大,在加工柄部6mm宽的槽时特别困难。为此,我们设计了如图2的铣槽夹具,解决了该工序的加工困难,现介绍如下。 1.夹具的结构及原理 根据工件的结构特点和精度要求,铣槽前先将工件的柄部端面磨平,并倒角,使有较好的定位基准。对外圆进行粗加工,使工件外径尺寸一致,然后再用图2所示的夹具进行铣槽加工。该夹具由压板、垫板、顶块、顶柱、夹具体、顶丝和定位板等零件组成。
