本文报告我院在1978年2月～1980年1月间纤维胃镜检查前有舌象观察及纤维胃镜检查中有直视下活检病理明确诊断者,选胃癌62例、“癌前病变”,包括不典型增生45例、萎缩性胃炎62例肠上皮化生68例,与对照组浅表性胃炎作了对照分析。早期胃癌舌质不变或紫晦,苔多白润腻,部分出现裂纹。中、晚期舌质青紫或淡白、花剥或厚腻苔,舌形裂纹多见,与对照组有明显差异。“癌前病变”的舌象间于胃癌组与对照组,并无特异性,今后应努力创造观察手段,加以探索。
This article reports that there were tongue images before fiberoptic gastroscopy between February 1978 and January 1980 in our hospital. There were direct pathological biopsy pathology diagnosed by fiberoptic gastroscopy, 62 cases of gastric cancer, and precancerous lesions. There were 45 cases of atypical hyperplasia, 62 cases of atrophic gastritis, and 68 cases of intestinal metaplasia. The results were compared with superficial gastritis in the control group. In early gastric cancer, the tongue was unchanged or purpura, the moss was white and greasy, and some cracks appeared. Middle and late tongue bruises or light white, floral peeling or thick and greasy moss, tongue cracks are more common, and there are significant differences with the control group. The tongue image of “precancerous lesion” was not specific between the gastric cancer group and the control group. In the future, efforts should be made to create observation methods and explore.
