家庭体育作为青少年体育活动中不可或缺的载体,对青少年体育意识的强化和体质健康的改善起重要作用。通过对当前家庭体育发展现状的掌握,探讨家庭体育中家长认识不到位、青少年自身原因及家庭体育锻炼场所的制约性等因素对青少年体质的影响,并提出相关建议与对策,为改善青少年体质提供一定理论参考。
