2006年是房地产业不平凡的一年,这一年政府和相关部门出击房地产市场,以抑制投资,稳定房价,保障住房供应。随着“国六条”和九部委“十五条”相继出台,金融货币政策、廉租房制度、二手房经纪规则等一系列措施的推行,北京房地产市场越来越朝着理性、平稳、健康的方向发展,房地产开发投资增幅明显回落,投资结构不断改善,房屋销售价格涨幅趋缓,为“十一五”期间房地产宏观调控的继续延续,奠定了良好的基础。
