目的探讨罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼用于无痛分娩的麻醉效果。方法选取2014年6月-2015年6月在该院进行无痛分娩的产妇120例,随机分为观察组和对照组每组60例。对照组产妇单纯使用罗哌卡因进行麻醉,观察组产妇采用罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼进行麻醉,比较2组产妇的镇痛评分和产程时间。结果观察组产妇第一产程、第二产程和第三产程的镇痛评分均明显低于对照组,产妇第一产程、第二产程和第三产程的时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼用于无痛分娩具有良好的麻醉效果,可缩短产妇的产程,减轻产妇的疼痛,安全性高,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in painless labor. Methods A total of 120 pregnant women with painless childbirth in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). Control group maternal use of ropivacaine anesthesia alone, observation group of maternal anesthesia with ropivacaine combined with sufentanil, analgesic score and labor time of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the analgesic scores of the first stage, the second stage and the third stage of labor in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The time of the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Ropivacaine combined with sufentanil has a good anesthetic effect in painless childbirth, which can shorten the delivery of labor and reduce the pain of maternal health. It is worth to be used clinically.
