随着石墨炉原子吸收光谱分析技术的发展,背景校正方法已有连续光源法(氘灯法),塞曼法,自吸收法(S-H法)等三种已成为商品仪器。连续光源、中阶梯光栅单色器波长调制法(CEWM法)是目前在实验研究中很有前途的一种背景校正方法。关于这些方法的原理已有专文报道。本文旨在对这几种背景校正技术的新近发展作简要介绍,对各种方法的性能进行比较和讨论。为集中讨论问题,本文仅限于上述四种方法的论述。
With the development of Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AFSA), three kinds of background correction methods, such as continuous light source method (deuterium lamp method), Zeeman method and self-absorption method (S-H method), have become commercial instruments. Continuous light source, the middle of the ladder grating monochromator wavelength modulation method (CEWM method) is currently a promising method of background correction in experimental research. Specific principles have been reported on these methods. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the recent developments of these background correction techniques briefly and to compare and discuss the performance of various methods. To focus on the issue, this article is limited to the above four methods of discussion.
