由于自然和历史的原因,我国广大农村尚有一部分相当贫困和落后的地区,如何从本质上来把握这些地区贫困和落后的缘由,对改变这些地区的状况是很重要的。

Owing to natural and historical reasons, the vast majority of rural areas in our country still have some areas that are extremely poor and backward. How to grasp the causes of poverty and backwardness in these areas by nature is very important for changing the conditions in these areas.
