合成了一种新型的含苯基硅亚甲基-炔丙基聚合物,并利用平板流变仪研究了该聚合物的化学流变特性。研究结果表明:该聚合物具有良好的流动性,且成型过程中有较宽的低黏度平台,在60~211℃温度区间内聚合物黏度保持在1 Pa·s以下。根据双阿仑尼乌斯方程建立了该聚合物体系的化学流变模型。通过实验曲线对所建立的流变特性方程进行了验证,结果表明所获得的流变特性方程可有效地预测聚合物的等温流变行为。
A new type of phenyl-containing silylene-propargyl polymer was synthesized and the rheological properties of the polymer were studied by using a flat plate rheometer. The results show that the polymer has good fluidity and has a wide range of low viscosity platform during the forming process. The viscosity of the polymer remains below 1 Pa · s at the temperature range of 60-211 ℃. The chemical rheological model of the polymer system was established according to the double Arrhenius equation. The rheological characteristic equation established by the experimental curve was verified, the results show that the obtained rheological characteristic equation can effectively predict the isothermal rheological behavior of the polymer.
