技工学校最主要的教学目的,是培养出社会急需的技能型人才,实现学校与企业的完美衔接。对此,校企合作是实现这一目的的有力举措。分析当前校企合作的现状发现,当前学校与企业合作衔接过程中还存在一些问题。本文分析了校企合作中存在的一些问题并提出几点改进的建议对策,旨在使学校培养的技能型人才更加契合企业的实际需求,实现学校与企业的共同发展。
The main teaching purpose of technical schools is to cultivate the skills needed talents urgently needed by the society so as to realize the perfect connection between schools and enterprises. In this regard, school-enterprise cooperation is a powerful measure to achieve this goal. Analysis of the current status of school-enterprise cooperation found that the current school and business cooperation in the process of convergence there are still some problems. This paper analyzes some problems existing in the cooperation between schools and enterprises and puts forward some suggestions and measures for improvement so as to make the skilled personnel cultivated in schools more fit the actual needs of enterprises and realize the common development of schools and enterprises.
