本文通过对公务员工作倦怠现状的描述,从公务员心理状况和工作的微观和宏观环境出发浅析其原因所在,并提出有望解决这种现象的途径。
Based on the description of the current situation of civil servants ’job burnout, this paper analyzes the reasons for the civil servants’ psychological status and the micro and macro environment of their work, and puts forward some ways to hopefully solve this phenomenon.
