目的探讨囊性脑膜瘤的CT表现,以提高诊断正确率。方法回顾性分析11例经手术病理证实的囊性脑膜瘤患者的CT表现。结果 11例中,肿瘤发生于大脑凸面4例,上矢状窦、大脑镰旁4例,鞍区、蝶骨嵴及小脑凸面各1例。CT主要表现为:囊实性肿块7例,实质部分强化明显;有壁结节囊性肿块3例,增强时壁结节强化明显;囊性肿块1例呈环状强化。瘤周水肿8例,其中重度水肿2例;邻近颅骨增生硬化3例;出现脑膜尾征2例。结论 CT对囊性脑膜瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断有较大价值。
Objective To investigate the CT findings of cystic meningioma in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods The CT findings of 11 patients with cystic meningioma confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 11 cases, the tumors occurred in 4 cases of convex cerebellum, superior sagittal sinus, 4 cases of parapharynx, 1 case of sella, sphenoid ridge and cerebellar convex. CT mainly manifested as: cystic solid mass in 7 cases, the substantial part of the obvious enhancement; wall nodular cystic mass in 3 cases, enhanced wall nodules enhanced significantly; 1 cystic mass was ring-like enhancement. Peritumor edema in 8 cases, of which 2 cases of severe edema; adjacent skull hyperplasia in 3 cases; appeared in 2 cases of meningeal tail. Conclusion CT has great value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cystic meningioma.
