感恩心是行为个体一种内隐的道德素养和价值判断,让孩子学会感恩十分重要。感恩心的形成不是一蹴而就的,是一种循序渐进的过程,是从一种外显的行为表现逐步深化为内隐的道德素质。班主任工作可以“三有三讲”为背景,以一种螺旋式的上升构造培养学生的感恩心。
Thanksgiving is an implicit moral accomplishment and value judgment of behavior individuals. It is very important for children to learn gratitude. The formation of gratitude is not a one-way process. It is a gradual process that gradually deepens from an explicit behavior to an implicit moral quality. The work of the class director can be “three with three stresses ” as the background, with a spiral structure to cultivate students’ gratitude.
