目的:观察蜂房对小鼠移植性肝癌H22肿瘤生长的抑制作用。方法:建立H22肝癌移植瘤小鼠模型,随机分为盐水对照组、氟尿嘧啶组、蜂房高剂量组和蜂房低剂量组共4组。治疗期间记录各组小鼠的体重变化并观察小鼠生存状态,用药14天后取瘤称重,计算抑瘤率、肝/体比、肾/体比、脾脏指数以及用药前后的体重变化等指标。结果:蜂房可抑制小鼠体内肿瘤的生长,蜂房高、低剂量组的抑瘤率分别为31.96%、27.84%,与盐水对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经治疗后蜂房各组小鼠体重与盐水对照组及治疗前比较变化不明显(P>0.05),蜂房高、低剂量组与氟尿嘧啶组比较,肝/体比、脾脏指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:蜂房能够抑制小鼠H22肝癌的生长,同时对小鼠重要器官可能具有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of hives on the growth of H22 tumor in mice with transplanted hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: The mouse model of H22 hepatocellular carcinoma xenografts was established and randomly divided into four groups: saline control group, fluorouracil group, high-dose apiary group and low-dose apiary group. During treatment, the body weight of mice in each group was recorded and the survival status was observed. After 14 days of treatment, tumor weights were taken and the tumor inhibition rate, liver / body ratio, kidney / body ratio, spleen index and weight change before and after treatment were calculated . Results: Hives can inhibit the growth of tumor in mice. The inhibition rates of high and low apiary groups were 31.96% and 27.84%, respectively, which were significantly different from those of saline control group (P <0.01). After treatment, the body weight of mice in each group had no significant difference compared with saline control group and before treatment (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in liver / body ratio and spleen index between high and low apiary group and fluorouracil group P <0.01). Conclusion: Hives can inhibit the growth of H22 hepatocarcinoma in mice and may have some protective effect on important organs of mice.
