为了完整和精确地计算辊式矫直过程,根据钢板和矫直机相应的初始条件和边界条件,采用曲率变化量积分的方法,建立了基于Prandtle-Reuss增量理论的三维弹塑性弯曲解析数学模型。并分析了厚度0.8 mm的钢板矫直过程的变形行为,比较了计算曲率和实验曲率,误差在1 mm-1左右。该模型可以精确地计算辊式矫直过程的曲率,预测残余应力和板形,为全面分析辊式矫直过程提供技术支撑,对实际生产具有一定的指导意义。
In order to calculate the roll straightening process accurately and completely, a three-dimensional elasto-plastic bending analysis method based on the Prandtle-Reuss incremental theory is established according to the initial conditions and the boundary conditions of the steel sheet and straightening machine. model. The deformation behavior of the steel plate with the thickness of 0.8 mm was analyzed. The calculated curvature and the experimental curvature were compared with the error of about 1 mm-1.
