通过对CNG气瓶多道次收底旋压工艺的数值模拟,得出旋压力能参数,以此为基础设计了CNG气瓶旋压机。介绍了该机主轴机构、工作原理、模具装置结构。应用有限元模拟软件对主要零部件进行优化设计,使该机达到设计要求。实际生产应用表明:该旋压机床与国外先进水平同类机床效率相同,实现了高效率加工;加工生产的气瓶零件尺寸精度高、表面质量好,产品质量达到欧洲气瓶质量检测标准,整机性能达到国际先进水平。
Through numerical simulation of multistage bottoming spinning process of CNG cylinder, the parameters of spinning pressure energy were obtained. Application of finite element simulation software to optimize the design of the main components, so that the aircraft to meet the design requirements.
