目的:分析在子宫内膜癌淋巴结中的基质金属蛋白酶2及9的表达意义。方法:选取102例子宫切除标本,子宫内膜腺癌60例,依据是否存在淋巴转移将其分为两组:无淋巴结转移组54例与有淋巴结转移组6例,借助于链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶免疫组织化学方法对其基质金属蛋白酶2及9的具体表达情况分析。结果:在子宫内膜癌组织中,基质金属蛋白酶2的阳性表达率是76.6%,而基质金属蛋白酶9的阳性表达率是80.0%,与内膜单纯增生组织20.0%和正常子宫内膜组织13.6%相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与临床Ⅰ期和1级子宫内膜癌比较,基质金属蛋白酶2及9的阳性表达率在临床Ⅲ期和组织学3级子宫内膜癌组织中明显较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与无肌层浸润及淋巴转移的子宫内膜癌比较,基质金属蛋白酶2及9的阳性表达率在有肌层浸润及淋巴转移的子宫内膜癌组织中明显较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在子宫内膜样腺癌中,基质金属蛋白酶2及9均呈现出高表达,且其强阳性表达率的高低与多种因素如子宫内膜样腺癌的具体分期情况、是否存在肌层浸润或者淋巴转移情况以及组织学分级情况等密切相关。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2 and 9 in lymph node of endometrial carcinoma. Methods: 102 cases of hysterectomy and 60 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma were selected and divided into two groups according to the existence of lymphatic metastasis: 54 cases without lymph node metastasis and 6 cases with lymph node metastasis. Compared with endometrial carcinoma without myometrial invasion and lymphatic metastasis, the positive rates of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis Metastasis of endometrial cancer was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: In endometrioid adenocarcinoma, the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2 and 9 are highly expressed, and the strong positive expression rate and a variety of factors such as endometrial adenocarcinoma of the specific staging, the presence or absence of muscle Layer infiltration or lymph node metastasis and histological grade closely related.
