利用Abaqus软件建立了强冷工艺下TC4钛合金搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)过程的3D有限元模型,对比分析了常规工艺与强冷工艺下的温度场。数值模拟结果表明:FSW过程的温度场在试板表面呈典型的窄长椭圆形分布;与常规工艺相比,强冷工艺下的温度峰值呈现小幅度的降低而高温下的作用时间大幅度减小。从提高强冷效果的角度讲,小的强冷距离与高的强冷温度是有利的。
The finite element model of TC4 titanium alloy friction stir welding (FSW) under strong cooling condition was established by Abaqus software, and the temperature field of the TC4 titanium alloy was compared and analyzed under the conventional technology and the strong cooling technique. The results of numerical simulation show that the temperature field of FSW is a typical narrow, long and oblong distribution on the surface of the test plate. Compared with the conventional process, the peak temperature under the strong cold process shows a slight decrease while the effect time under high temperature decreases significantly small. From the point of view of enhancing the strong cooling effect, a small strong cooling distance and a high cooling temperature are favorable.
