前言近年来,为提高镀锌钢材的耐腐蚀性进行了一系列的研究和开发,在这个领域内较重要的进展是锌镍(8~20%)合金镀层的应用。为了获得锌镍合金,已研制出了多种电解液,然而,大部分研究工作采用的是低电流密度下的电沉积。本工作对在高电流密度下于硫酸盐——氯化物的混合电解液中沉积锌镍合金进行了尝试。为使该电解液能够用于金属线材的电镀,已使电镀条件得到尽可能的完善。
Preface In recent years, a series of research and development have been carried out to improve the corrosion resistance of galvanized steel. The most important progress in this field is the application of zinc-nickel (8-20%) alloy coating. In order to obtain zinc-nickel alloy, a variety of electrolytes have been developed, however, most of the research work is using electrodeposition at low current density. This work has been attempted to deposit zinc-nickel alloys in a sulfate-chloride mixed electrolyte at high current densities. In order for the electrolyte to be used for the plating of metal wires, the plating conditions have been optimized as much as possible.
