随着我国改革开放程度的不断加深,社会经济的迅速发展,市场经济的建立和完善,国有企业逐渐发展成为我国经济的重要支柱。当前,国有企业在党建工作创新方面还存在不小的问题,严重阻碍了国有企业的经济发展,企业核心竞争力也不强,如何把国有企业做大、做强,如何发挥出国有企业推动国家经济发展的重要作用,以构建社会主义和谐社会是当前党和国有企业领导人所共同面临的主要问题。因此,本文将重点开展对国有企业党建工作创新的思考,同时结合多年的工作经验,提出一些意见和建议。
With the continuous deepening of China’s reform and opening up, rapid socio-economic development and the establishment and improvement of market economy, state-owned enterprises have gradually become an important pillar of China’s economy. At present, there are still some problems in the innovation of party building in state-owned enterprises. This has seriously hindered the economic development of state-owned enterprises and their core competitiveness is not strong. How to make state-owned enterprises bigger and stronger and how to give play to the role of state-owned enterprises in promoting the national economy The important role of development in building a socialist harmonious society is a major issue common to the leaders of the party and state-owned enterprises. Therefore, this article will focus on innovation in state-owned enterprise party building thinking, combined with many years of work experience, put forward some comments and suggestions.
