由中国土木工程学会、中国科技咨询中心预应力技术专家组、中国土木工程学会混凝土及预应力混凝土分会联合举办的《全国预应力技术应用经验交流会》于1992年7月29日至8月3日在气候宜人的海滨之城大连召开。此次规模盛大的预应力技术应用大会汇集了来自全国27个省市180多个科研、设计、施工单位的256名代表。中国科技咨询中心预应力技术专家组杜拱辰先生、中国土木工程学会混凝土及预应力混凝土分会理事长夏靖华先生和中国建筑科学研究院陈惠玲女士等著名预应力专家作了近年来国内外预应力最新技术和发展动态的学术报告。代表们就预应力混凝上在房屋建筑、桥梁工程及特种结构工程中的应用问题分别进行了讨
China National Civil Engineering Society, China Science and Technology Consulting Center Prestressed Technology Expert Group, China Civil Engineering Society Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Branch jointly organized “National Prestressed Technology Application Experience Exchange Conference” from July 29 to August 3, 1992. The day was held in Dalian, a city with a pleasant seashore.
