文章认为，对于思想政治工作必须服务于经济建设这个问题，人们普遍的观点是主张直接服务，而对间接服务重视不够，甚至予以排斥．实际上．无论是从企业思想政治工作的属性、地位，还是对象与内容看，它对经济工作的间接性服务都占据了主导地位。思想政治工作的这一特点，决定了它对经济发展的作用往往不可能产生立竿见影的效果。因此，我们应将思想政治工作力经济工作的直接服务与间接服务有机地结合起来，将社会效益放在首位，努力做到社会效益与经济效益的有机统一。

In fact.
