一、35年来急性传染病的长期趋势 (一) 概况:在规定管理的25种急性传染病中,我县共发生了19种。从未发现过的传染病有鼠疫、霍乱副霍乱、天花、森林脑炎、恙虫病、血吸虫病6种。达到全国控制指标的传染病有白喉、脊髓灰质炎、疟疾、黑热病、回归热、斑疹伤寒、猩红热7种;仅有个别病例报告的有斑疹伤寒、回归热钩端螺旋体病、炭疽、出血热5种:1985年以后出现的传染病有出血热、狂犬病两种。
I. Long-term Trend of Acute Infectious Diseases in 35 Years (I) Overview: Of the 25 kinds of acute infectious diseases that are regulated under management, 19 have been reported in our county. Plague, cholera cholera, smallpox, forest encephalitis, scrub typhus and schistosomiasis have never been found. The infectious diseases that have reached the national control index include diphtheria, poliomyelitis, malaria, kala-azar, reversion fever, typhus and scarlet fever; typhus is reported only in a few cases, and returns to fever leptospirosis, anthrax and hemorrhage 5 kinds of fever: The infectious diseases that occurred after 1985 are both hemorrhagic fever and rabies.
