黑龙江地区自1683年(康熙二十二年)设置将军衙门以来,形成了大量的内容丰富的历史档案,这些档案即成为《黑龙江将军衙门》全宗档案。《黑龙江将军衙门》全宗档案是黑龙江地区现存最早的档案,其丰富的内容不仅反映了黑龙江地区的政治、经济、军事、民族及社会生活的方方面面,再现了清代黑龙江的真实面貌,而且蕴含了不可估量的文化价值,对清史、满族史、黑龙江地区地方史等方面的研究有着重要的意义。本文介绍了黑龙江省档案馆馆藏满文档案的概况,对满文档案在各领域的文化研究价值进行了分析。
Since the establishment of General Yamen in Heilongjiang in 1683 (twenty-two years of Kangxi period), a large number of rich historical archives have been formed. These archives have become the archives of the “General Yamen of Heilongjiang Province.” The “General Heilongjiang Yamen” Fonds file is the earliest extant file in Heilongjiang Province. The rich content not only reflects all aspects of political, economic, military, ethnic and social life in Heilongjiang area, but also shows the true face of Heilongjiang in the Qing Dynasty. The immeasurable cultural value is of great significance to the study of Qing history, Manchu history and Heilongjiang local history. This article introduces the overview of Manchurian archives in Heilongjiang Provincial Archives and analyzes the value of Manchu archives in various fields.
