纵观历史,任何一个国家,都为教育树立了两个伟大的目标:使受教育者聪慧,使受教育者高尚。今天,在我们崇尚文明的同时,也不能忽视社会中一些不够文明,有失高尚的事件发生:如清华学生刘海洋伤熊事件,浙江学生徐立杀母事件;因沉迷游戏网吧偷窃、抢劫事件;不尊重、歧视残疾人事件等,面对这些社会问题,我们痛彻地感悟到现行教育的弊端。因为我们丢失了教育的根本,把太多的精力投入到了提高文化课成绩上,而忽视了对学生的情感、审美能力的培养。面对这些,我们深深地体会到作为教师的职责。
Throughout history, any one country has set two great goals for education: to educate those who are bright and noble. Today, while we advocate civilization, we can not ignore some uncivilized and unruly incidents in our society. For instance, Liu Hanyang, a victim of Tsinghua students’ injury and a mother-in-law of Xu Lixin, a Zhejiang student, Disrespect discrimination and disability incidents, etc. In the face of these social problems, we painstakingly realize the shortcomings of current education. Because we have lost the fundamental education, put too much energy into improving the performance of cultural class, while ignoring the emotional, aesthetic ability of students. Faced with these, we deeply understand the responsibility as a teacher.
