The broad ligament fibroids are rare and belong to the subserosal tumors. They are mostly located next to the officials and are substantive. They are easily misdiagnosed as ovarian solid tumors. In this article, the B-ultrasound images of 4 cases of broad ligament fibroids and 10 cases of ovarian solid tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed. Combined with the clinical, the main points of differentiation were proposed to improve the B-ultrasound identification of these two types of tumors. l clinical manifestations !
