本文以ＳＤＨ网络管理系统的实现为背景，遵循Ｘ．２１５和Ｘ．２２５的规定，阐述开放系统互连（ＯＳＩ）参考模型中会晤层的设计思想，给出了会晤模块的结构及主要过程的实现步骤。
In this paper, SDH network management system implementation as the background, follow the X. 215 and X. 225, elaborates the design idea of the meeting layer in the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) reference model, and presents the structure of the meeting module and the steps of the main process.
