本文介绍了在灰色多参数诊断法基础上建立起来的门限关联度法的概念、计算公式，并应用该方法，对实际测量得到的２９台某型内燃机车变速箱的振动信号进行了分析，通过适当调整门限系数，使计算结果与２９台变速箱分解检查情况取得很好的一致性。
This paper introduces the concept and formula of the threshold degree of association method which is established on the basis of gray multi-parameter diagnosis method, and uses the method to analyze the vibration signals of the 29 certain type diesel locomotive gearboxes actually measured, Appropriate adjustment threshold coefficient, the calculation results and 29 gearbox decomposition inspection to achieve good consistency.
