中国电视法制节目正式诞生于1985年,至今已有30余年的历史,伴随着国家改革开放和法治建设的深入,公民法治意识不断增强,获取法律知识需求持续提升,依法治国、舆论监督、推进法治建设等方面也取得了令人瞩目的成果,成为具有鲜明特色的电视节目。与此同时,随着国家法治建设进程加快、各种新媒体日新月异以及广大受众法治意识增强等也给电视法制节目带来新的机遇与挑战。因此,对电视法制节目的内容、形式等方面的改善与提升也刻不容缓。
