本文通过对葡萄糖、胰岛素、钾溶液(GIK) 组和对照组的脑缺血大鼠的缺血组织中谷氨酸(Glu)、天门冬氨酸(Asp)、一氧化氮(NO)的含量测定,表明GIK的应用可以有效地抑制缺血及再灌流时Glu、Asp 、NO的异常增高,与对照组相比较P< 0-01。从而减轻了上述物质的神经毒性,起到了对缺血脑组织的保护作用。为临床上GIK在缺血性脑血管疾病中的应用提供了有力的依据。
