电子病历是医疗服务机构对门诊、住院患者(或保健对象)临床诊疗和指导干预的、数字化的医疗服务工作记录。电子病历子系统是用于协助医务人员处理在医疗活动过程中形成的文字、符号、图表、影像等资料的系统。通过对功能设计、数据库设计实现对患者信息管理、患者病例信息管理、患者病例信息综合查询。
