针对安徽某铁矿井下辅扇所形成的循环风流,采用对比试验研究方法,开展了多机串并联空气幕控制井下循环风流的试验研究。研究结果表明:(1)串并联空气幕能有效控制两中段间的污风循环,引射风量达2~24m3/s,及时排出污风,有利于井下无轨柴油汽车的行车安全和保护作业人员的身体健康;(2)空气幕正常运行时能增加辅扇的有效风量,对辅扇运行的影响度较小;(3)空气幕运行噪声为82~92dB(A),对距离其约300m的作业环境干扰较小。作业人员经过空气幕时接触噪声的时间较短,对身体健康不构成危害;(4)串并联空气幕安装在运输巷道两侧的硐室内,其供风器出口风速低于4m/s,不影响行人和无轨柴油汽车的运行。
