欧洲科学编辑学会第四届学术大会于1991年9月8-12日在英国牛津市召开。来自30个国家的245位代表出席了会议,其中54位来自非欧洲国家。《中华医学杂志英文版》编辑部的马景云同志应邀出席了大会。 此次会议的中心议题为:旨在进行国际科学交流的编辑工作。会议规模空前,气氛活跃。会议就四个议题进行了大会中心发言,即编辑道德问题、编辑出版界面临的困境、新技术以及国家刊物与国际刊物的合作问题。代表们还就编辑界共同关心的问题进行了分组讨论,内容有:科技
The 4th Academic Conference of the European Society of Scientific Editing was held in Oxford, England from September 8 to 12, 1991. 245 delegates from 30 countries attended the meeting, 54 of them from non-European countries. Comrade Ma Jingyun from the Editorial Department of Chinese Medical Journal was invited to attend the conference. The central theme of the conference is: Editorial work aimed at international scientific exchange. The conference is unprecedented in scale with an active atmosphere. The meeting made speeches on the four topics of the conference center, namely editing ethics issues, editing the dilemma faced by the publishing industry, new technologies and the cooperation between national journals and international journals.
