在人们的膳食结构中,有主食和副食之分。主食是指以米、面为主要原料做成的各类食品如米饭、馒头等。主食中既然有个“主”字,就说明我们日常生活所吃的主要东西都是它,是它在维持人的生命。新中国成立后,人们的主食结构小有变化,到了80~90十年代,主食的变化加快加大。主要表现在三个方面,即细粮化、丰富化、减少化。
In people’s diet, there are staple foods and non-staple food points. Staple food refers to rice, flour as the main raw material made of various types of food such as rice, bread and so on. Since there is a “main” in the staple food, it shows that the main thing we eat in our daily life is that it is in keeping with human life. After the founding of New China, people’s staple food structure has changed little. By the 1980s and 1990s, the change of staple foods accelerated. Mainly manifested in three aspects, namely fine-grain, rich, reduced.
