This article reports the safety and immunogenicity of the PFP-1 vaccine extracted by affinity chromatography after respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection in Vero cells in RSV seropositive infants. In the meantime, the authors consider Western blotting (WB) to be a useful tool for distinguishing between antibody titers induced by PFP and RSV infections. Forty-seven healthy children with RSV seropositivity at 18-36 months of age were randomly assigned to one of three groups with a ratio of 3: 3: 4, group 1 received a PFP-1 vaccine containing 50 μg of protein, and group 2 received 20 μg of protein PFP-1 vaccine and Group 3 vaccinated with trivalent influenza virus inactivated (TIV) vaccine as controls. Anti-RSV antibodies were detected before the inoculation, 4 weeks after inoculation and in the seasonal RSV epidemic seasons. According to the injection site
